Zelena Scena.
Where the city
meets creativity.
Visual identity for a creative space in Chernihiv: a shared expression for different events, stages and people.

One space.
Many voices.
Zelena Scena is a non-profit creative space in Chernihiv that brings residents together through cultural events. In 2019, the project was preparing for its eighth season.
It needed a recognisable system for posters, social media, stage design and team materials. The identity had to connect different formats while leaving room for each event’s character.

A circle that
brings people together.
A circle forms the basis of the mark. This simple shape connects the name with the idea of a shared space for meeting, movement and creativity.
The circle became a variable element of the identity. The lettering maintains recognition, while colour, texture and graphics express different parts of the programme.

Different events.
A shared rhythm.
Bright colours, large typography and collages create a distinctive identity for the season. Each poster conveys an event’s mood while helping people find the programme quickly.
The system was adapted for printed posters, newspaper formats and digital announcements. A shared visual language connects pre-event messages with the on-site experience.

Take a piece
of the stage with you.
The identity continues on cards, cups, bags and water bottles. The event’s visual world extends beyond the poster and into participants’ everyday lives.

In the city.
Among people.
Implementation photographs show stage design, bags, badges and other applications in use. Different objects share the festival’s symbol and character.
